PURPOSE:To improve leakproofness by sealing the sealing part with a polyamide which is obtained by reacting a specific aliphatic dibasic acid and a polyalkylene polyamine or polyalkyldiamine. This sealing agent is a polyamide of molecular weigth 5,000-30,000 which is produced by reacting an aliphatic dibasic acid having straight chains of carbon number greater than 10 and side chains of carbon number less than 5 and a polyalkyl polyamine or polyalkylene diamine. The above-mentioned reaction product is better than conventional sealing agents in adhesion to a metal such as negative pole can and also to the packing material. Therefore, leakproofness is improved remarkably. |
