A shoe is provided to continuously fill an air bag formed on a midsole of the shoe with fresh air from the outside to create a suitable air pressure for absorbing shock that is transferred by a user's body and by the ground while walking or running. A shoe includes a midsole(100), an outsole(200), an upper leather(300), and an air bag(400). The midsole(100) is comprised of a body(110) and a cover(120) and creates a pump space(130) at a rear heel area of the body(110). The pump space(130) is connected to a first flow path having a first check valve for flowing outside air in only one direction of the pump space(130), a second flow path(160) having a second check valve for flowing the air from the pump space(130) to only the interior of the shoe, and a third flow path(170) having a third check valve for flowing the air from the pump space(130) in only one direction of the air bag(400). |
