METHOD FOR LINEARIZING USING FUNCTIONAL ACTIVE LOAD AND APPARATUS USING THE SAME

A method for linearizing using a functional active load and an apparatus thereof are provided to suppress linearity of a signal outputted from an amplifier by adopting a symmetric active load. According to an apparatus of amplifying and outputting an input signal, a driving part(400) receives the input signal and amplifies the input signal. A symmetric active load is formed by connecting at least two active loads symmetrically, and determines operation point of suppressing nonlinearity of a signal outputted from the driving part. The operation point is determined by a bias voltage applied to at least one active device. The driving part and the active device is a three-port transistor.
