PURPOSE:To detect the fixed level of a freely-set measurement signal with accuracy by discriminating characteristics of the measurement signal. CONSTITUTION:Measurement signal 7a is input to analog input part 7, amplified and input to analog-digital conversion part 8. A digital value from analog-digital conversion part 8 is stored in memory part 9 in sequence. The read output of memory part 9 is supplied to arithmetic processing part 10 and after the characteristics of the measurement signal are checked, it is sent to time setting part 11. Then, a zero detection signal is output from time setting part 11 via signal output part 13. |
