PURPOSE:To prevent loss of plasma energy and reduce radiation of noise wave, by interposing a coil for filtering and damping high-frequency component in a plasma energy feeder. CONSTITUTION:A power source 1 for spark ignition and a plasma jet ignition plug 3 are connected with each other through a feeder 14 made by high-tension resistance wire, while another power source 2 for plasma energy and the ignition plug 3 are connected through a wound type anti-noise wire or wound type coil having distributed inductance as a feeder 13'. The distribution L and flotation capacity C of the coil raise the characteristic impedance Z0 of the feeder 13' and reduce noise wave through mismatching against high-frequency component. A conductor is spirally wound, for example, on a core 15 and covered with magnetic substance 17 such as ferrite and resin 18 to compose the wound type anti-noise wire. |
