REPLACEABLE WEAR PAD, AS WELL AS METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WEAR PADS FOR A CRAWLER TRACK

A replaceable wear pad, and a method for manufacturing the wear pad for a crawler track are provided to simplify a manufacturing process, and to reduce a manufacturing cost and the working power by combining fixing devices with reinforcing members and including a torsion prevention protective part for the fixing devices. A replaceable wear pad(1) comprises a plurality of base plates(4) for attaching the wear pad. The wear pad is detached from the base plate. The wear pad include a bottom side(16) laid on the opposite side of the tread to face the base plate. The wear pad contains at least one reinforcing member(18). The reinforcing members are molded by the wear pad material. The reinforcing members include more than two holes(22). The wear pad includes multiple cavities(30). The cavities are extended to the holes of the reinforcing members. The cavities are used to receive the fixing devices. At least one of the reinforcing members and the wear pad includes at least one fixing devices.
