FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is characterised by resettlement of the temporary nucleus with the parent queen with its uncapped brood, foundation and combs for sowing from the parent colony to a separate beehouse placing it near to the colony-donor, amplification of the temporary nucleus from the colony-donor by old bees. Resettlement is carried out from a graft box of stock material with larval bees taken in care in nurse colony. During rearing of queen larval bees of the nurse colony, stimulation feeding is applied. Mature queen cells are selected placing them into cells. The temporary nucleus is joined with the parent colony at the old place and the nucleuses on the mature queen cells are formed. Allocation of stock material in the form of notched combs with one-day larval bees and nurse bees is carried out between combs with honey and beebread for one-two days in wire-meshed graft box. The combs with honey and beebread and young bees separated from the stock breeding colonies are placed in the graft box one-by-one and in regular intervals which is quarter of period of queen cells maturing. After one-two hours of orphancy, stock material is given from another stock colony, which is kept in the box within two days before replacing into the nurse-colony. After immature queen cells are sealed, formed on young bees, the nucleuses are given mature queen cells, built up from the parent larval bees, but before nursed in the nest of the other stock colony, and queen cells sealed by the nurse colony remain there old bees for maturing. ^ EFFECT: increase of colonies productivity and labour productivity of a beekeeper. ^ 3 cl, 4 tbl |
