A manufacturing method of a synthetic resin film envelope is provided to make a bonded part of the envelope a wide band shape using synthetic resin film with weak heat-resistance by attaching synthetic resin film with weak heat-resistance to synthetic resin film with strong heat-resistance to be separated easily and heat-pressing the films. A manufacturing method of a synthetic resin film envelope by heating and bonding three sides of a raw synthetic resin film(1) with weak heat-resistance comprises the steps of: forming a separation layer(3) on a synthetic resin film(2) with strong heat-resistance; forming a printing layer(4) on the separation layer; laminating the synthetic resin film with weak heat-resistance on the printing layer of the synthetic resin film with strong heat-resistance; locating the laminated film between an upper and a lower heating plate, to make the other surfaces of the synthetic resin film with weak heat-resistance contact with each other, and the synthetic resin film with strong heat-resistance contact with the upper and the lower heating plate; heating and pressing the film attached with the synthetic resin film with strong heat-resistance to make the bonded part in a band shape; and separating the synthetic resin film with strong heat-resistance from the synthetic resin film with weak heat-resistance at the separation layer.
