发明名称 FURNACE PORT PRESSURE CONTROL METHOD IN CONVERTER WASTE GAS TREATING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To make furnace port pressure constant by performing desired operations by using the former and latter two among the sample measuring values showing the respective time histories of furnace port pressure and in-furnace evolved gas amount and the sample values of the specific controlled amount indicated during the response delay time of a waste gas flow control means. CONSTITUTION:The gas pressure in a hood 5 detected by a furnace port pressure transmitter 11 is fed to a memory device 14. On the other hand, the gas pressure detected by the furnace port pressure transmitter 11 is integrated by an integrator 15. The analyzed results from the waste gas analyzer 16 before a primary dust collector 6 and the flow rate value from a flow transmitter 18 which measures the flow rate of waste gas from the differential pressure detected in a Venturi tube 17 are fed to an arithmetic unit 19, where the amount of the gas evolved in the furnace is operated and the results of the operations are subsequently stored in a memory device 20. Next, desired operations are done in an arithmetic control unit 22, after which the control signal indicating the opening of a secondary damper 9 is sent to a damper operator 13. The operator controls the opening of the damper 9 and sends the received instruction concerning the opening amount of the control signal to a memory device 21 to have it stored therein.
