DEVICE FOR ARRANGING FLAT ANGULAR ELECTRIC WIRE

PURPOSE:To automatically and easily arrange flat angular electric wires, by applying bending moment to the electric wires during its conveyance and utilizing the higher bending easiness of the wires in its small thickness direction than in its width direction. CONSTITUTION:Flat angular electric wires 6 cut off at a prescribed length and conveyed are dropped from a guide onto send-out chanins 10a-10e. The send-out chains 10 are laid in parallel with one another to push and convey the electric wires 6 by claws 11. The feed velocity of the extreme chain 10e is higher than that of the other chains. The extreme chain applies bending moment to the end of the electric wire to turn it up. The electric wires are thus pushed and arranged on a wire rest 12 as the wires are set up. The electric wires 6 are thrusted downward by a contact plate 17 and a friction plate 18 and the ends of the wires are supported by stoppers 19 so that the wires are juxtaposed on the rest 12 without turning over. This results in automating work which is manually effected in a conventional case.
