A method for data communication in a mobile communication is provided to reduce unnecessary power consumption by grasping the final receiving data through a terminal in advance. A terminal attempts to receive SU-2 in a specific time interval according to SB(Scheduling Block) information of an SU(Scheduling Unit)-1(S800). A final indicator on a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control CHannel) is set as 0 because a segment of SU-2 is transmitted in the first TTI(S820). The base station transmits the final segment of SU-2. If the final indicator is set as 1, the terminal does not attempt to receive the PDCCH in the next TTI(Transmission Timing Interval) and is immediately set in a DRX mode(S830).
