A method and a system for supporting deal intermediation of security on on-line through a financial institution server are provided to induce trade by free intention of a security owner and coordinate legal relationship of a stakeholder with regard to security, thereby enabling the security owner to quickly trade the security. A financial institution server receives deal intermediation application with regard to security(S110). The security deal intermediation is executed. A server collects relation of rights about the corresponding security(S120). The server writes an estimated allotment table according to the relation of right. Security contents determining the lowest deal price about the security are determined(S130). The server receives consent of an creditor financial organization and the security owner with regard to the corresponding security contents to perform post-processing such as deal notice(S140). |
