FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for recycling of worn-out car tyres. Compression ram for installation of barodestructive recycling of worn-out car tyres comprises vertical plunger, nozzle, rubber rings and screw. Plunger is arranged with through axial opening that transfer into appropriate upper and lower bores in upper and lower parts of plunger. In its upper part plunger is arranged with the possibility to be connected to movable cross beam of ram, and on cylindrical surface of lower bore and/or on the border of this surface with plunger end at least one annular bore is provided, in which rubber ring is installed. Inside plunger screw is installed with the possibility of rotation, so that cylindrical part of screw is located in axial opening of plunger, and screw head is located in upper bore of plunger with the possibility of screw random fixation against turn relative to plunger. Nozzle has axial aligning protrusion on the side of its upper end, and dead threaded opening is provided along protrusion axis in nozzle, at that aligning protrusion of nozzle enters lower bore of plunger without possibility of rotation relative to plunger, so that nozzle rests against plunger end by its upper end, and there is gap between end of nozzle aligning protrusion and end of plunger lower bore. Lower end of mentioned screw is screwed into dead threaded opening of nozzle to provide tightening of plunger and nozzle. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify replacement of worn-out nozzle in process of compression ram operation. ^ 2 dwg |
