The system has a swivelling tuning element associated to the tuning units, which is adjustable for channel selection. This adjustment is carried out by a tuning knob, or a push-button with a lockable element, engageable by a slip coupling, between the tuning element and the knob, or push-button, the latter being separable from the knob. The slip coupling (16) is formed by the contact surfaces (18, 20) of a recess in the tuning element (14) and a bearing bolt (24), fitting into this recess, the latter being concentric to the bearing axis. The bearing bolt is held in the recess by a spring (36), secured to the tuning element, whose force is adjustable by a screw (52, 54). Pref. a leaf spring is used for this purpose, abutting a support surface of the bearing bolt away from the tuning element. Another spring section, radially away from the element bearing axis is adjustably pre-stressed by the set screw.
