METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PREPARATING DECORATIVE EYELETS

PURPOSE:To prepare decorative eyelets efficiently by a method wherein a plurality of welder dies with points composed of circular cutters are heated and caused to sink into seueral synthetic resin sheets by a press and the peripheral portion thereof is fused at the same time when the sheets are cut. CONSTITUTION:Three sheets 29, 31, 33 which have been formed separately so as to constitute decorative eyelets are stacked on a sheet platform 8 and are caused to fall into pressure together with the platform 8 by a press 11. Under this platform 8 a plurality of welder dies 2 with points composed of circular cutters which correspond to circular holes 12 in a relation of one to one are fixed on a die holder 1. The welder dies 2 are not only heated by a heating plate 7 but are subjected to high frequency wave and they sink into the sheet which has fallen and fuse the peripheral portions at the same time when they cut the sheets. Thereby, a number of decorative eyelets are manufactures efficiently.
