PURPOSE:To obtain the strong clamping of the coil conductor by heating the coil conductor with a tension given in the tangential direction with respect to the coil circle, followed by a thermal stretching and cooling. CONSTITUTION:Coil conductors 11 and 12 are wound along the circumferential surface of the winding frame 5 fastened on the rotary winding table 4. The coil conductors 11 and 12 are given a tension being pulled with a winch. Then, a hollow pipe 2 is imbedded securely into a groove 3 on the coil conductors 11 and 12. As a heated fluid flows through the hollow pipe 2, the coil conductors 11 and 12 are thermally stretched. After further pulled by the winch 9, it is tightened with a clamp. Under such a condition, as a cool fluid flows into the hollow pipe, the coil conductors 11 and 12 are reduced by cooling. Thus, a larger tightening force can be obtained. |
