Cold and heat insulating layers are produced on roofs, facades, foundations, walls and ceilings by panels made of polyurethane foam which are bonded by an adhesive to the substrate. Gaps of 1 to 200 mm width are left between the individual panels and these are filled out with a one- or multi-component polyurethane liquid foam. This forms a firm bond with the panels and with the substrate and the surplus is planed off flush with the surface of the panels. This system leaves no joints or gaps and does not depend on the weather like the in situ foam production of polyurethane. |
