PURPOSE:To make a linear vibratory barrel with a box type and a circle type barrel by a method wherein semicircular barrels of which both ends are oppositely faced with each other are connected with two pieces of linear barrels, an annular barrel is suspended with a spring, and the vibration producing device is mounted at a center of the barrel. CONSTITUTION:Semicircular barrels 3a, 3a' of which both ends are oppositely faced with each other are connected with two linear barrels 3b, 3b' to form an annular barrel. The annular barrel is made such that its length L is several times or several tenth of entire width M and forms a symmetrical form. A number of suspending springs 2 are interposed between the annular barrel and a machine base 1. A vibration motor 5 is installed at a central part of the annular barrel, unbalanced weights 7, 8 are arranged at the upper and lower ends of a rotating shaft of the motor 5 in such a way as a proper vibration force and a leading angle are applied to them, thereby, a single three-dimensional vibration may be provided. |
