PURPOSE:To improve an acoustic characteristic by forming diaphragm materials by the casting method so that the diaphragm main body part may be thicker than the peripheral support part. CONSTITUTION:Plastic such as polyester and styrol which becomes diaphragm materials is dissolved with a solvent, and this solution is flowed into concave 11 of casting jig 10 of a two-step structure. Next, the solvent is evaporated and volatilized to form a diaphragm film where the thickness of diaphragm main body part 14 is thicker than peripheral support part 15. This diaphragm film is heat-shaped with pressure air to form diaphragm 17 of a desired form. Thus, a diaphragm can be formed easily where stiffness of the diaphragm main body part is high and the compliance of the peripheral support part is high. |
