PURPOSE:To cool a delayed wave circuit sufficiently by providing a heat pipe for cooling a tubular bulb through one or two or more grooves provided in the magnet of a synchronous permanent magnetic flux focusing device. CONSTITUTION:The helix-type delayed wave circuit 1 is supported on the metal cylinder 3 by means of the dielectric strut 2, and the focusing magnetic field device 6 consisting of the pole piece 4 and the permanent megnet 5 is provided on the outside of the metal cylinder 3. And part of the metal cylinder 3 is provided with the heat pipe 8 with the heat contact portion 7 and the heat coming from the heat pipe 8 is removed by the cooling fin 9. |
