Pre-formed filing folder strips hold pre-holed correspondence. The main support section called the lower part is slotted in such a way that the slots permit free movement to both the binder and the pressing down element. Stored, pre-holed correspondence on strips produces a bundle of correspondence, in which the strips form one plane with the correspondence. The strips of the correspondence bundle can be easily bound into the filing folder through the sliding out of the lower section. There may be additional slots to permit easy binding of correspondence in filing folders with two or four mechanical holding systems.
