PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure suitable to cool a motor without affecting an internal part of the motor.SOLUTION: A motor cooling structure of the invention is a cooling structure for a motor having a housing 510 and a shaft extending perpendicular to a major surface 511 of the housing 510. The motor cooling structure includes a cooling member 300 adhering to the housing. A refrigerant passage 310 in which a cooling medium flows, an inflow port 320 for flowing the cooling medium into the refrigerant passage 310, and an outflow port for flowing the cooling medium passing through the refrigerant passage 310 out therefrom are formed in the cooling member 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
