PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropically conductive film which can be connected to even a terminal formed on a substrate with warpage in its surface, such as a ceramic module substrate with a stable characteristic of conduction.SOLUTION: An anisotropically conductive film 1A comprises: an insulating adhesive layer 3; and conductive particles 2 regularly arrayed on the insulating adhesive layer 3 in plane view. The conductive particles are 10 μm or larger in diameter D; the thickness L2 of the film 1A is 1-2.5 times the conductive particle diameter D; and the dispersion width of the conductive particles 2 in a direction of the thickness L2 of the film 1A is smaller than 10% of the conductive particle diameter D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B |
