PURPOSE:To realize the large-scale concentrated control using the transmission line featuring the low transmission capacity for the remote monitor control system which gives the collective and concentrated control to the substation groups, by securing the cyclic performance for the message transmission between the small-scale control center (slave station) and the concentrated control center (master station) and at the same time applying the priority process system to the transmission data. CONSTITUTION:The byte data of data blocks A-G are taken in through terminal 10 and in the order of the blocks and then memorized temporarily in state change data memory 11, display data memory 12, constant control data memory 13 or selection control data memory 14. One of gates 17-20 is opened through logic array 16 and based on the contents of flags F1 and F2 plus block counter 15, and then the memory data mentioned above are transmitted to the concentrated control center via parallel-serial converter 21. |
