PURPOSE:To read directly the digital signal multiplied in the vertical flyback time via the control of the CPU and then realize the writing, by providing the register which supplies the digital signal within the vertical flyback time from the frame memory and then performing the general memorization through the register. CONSTITUTION:The following units are provided; CPU1; A/D converter 4 which digitizes the input TV signal; the memory unit of the digital signal; and the memory unit controller which controls the memory unit via the order of the CPU each. In addition, frame memory 5 stores the still picture data of one picture frame among the digital signals which are supplied and delivered to/from the memory unit, and then performs the conversion between the input/output velocity of the memory unit and the video signal velocity of the TV signal. D/A converter 6 gives the D/A conversion to the digital signals which are read out of memory 5 in the video signal velocity, and also generates the clock pulses of the frequency equal to the data rate of the digital data row which is multiplied in the vertical flyback time of the TV signal. And register 11 reads in the data in the memory via the clock pulse for the temporary memorization, and also carries out the reading and writing by the control of the CPU. |
