The specification provides an interaction training device to provide various feedbacks and training scenarios in accordance with a response behavior of a user regarding various requesting stimulation provided from a robot, a method thereof, and a system thereof. According to an embodiment of the specification, the interaction training method comprises: a stimulation provision step of providing the requesting stimulation to request a response behavior to the user; a response behavior feature extraction step of extracting response behavior features from the response behavior; a feedback stimulation production step of producing a feedback stimulation in regards to the response behavior based on the response behavior features; and a training scenario determination step of determining the training scenario to provide a training to the user. The requesting stimulation can include a first requesting stimulation formed of one or more stimulation to request an interested response regarding the robot from the user, or a second requesting stimulation formed of one or more stimulation to request a training response regarding the training scenarios of the robot from the user.
