An embodiment of the present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display and a repair method thereof, wherein the organic light emitting diode display comprises: a substrate; a scan line formed on the substrate, and transmitting a scan signal; a repair line formed to be parallel with the scan line; a data line and a driving voltage line intersecting with the scan line, and transmitting data voltage and driving voltage, respectively; a switching transistor connected to the scan line and the data line; a driving transistor connected to the switching transistor; an organic light emitting diode electrically connected to the driving transistor; a light-emitting control connection member interposed between the driving transistor and the organic light emitting diode to connect the driving transistor and the organic light emitting diode, and overlapped with a part of the repair line; and a first short circuit auxiliary member overlapped with the repair line and the light emitting control connection member. The organic light emitting diode display according to the present invention can enhance a success rate of a laser repair process even with a small amount of energy.
