Title compds. (I; R1, R2, R3 = H, lower alkyl, halogen, cyano or phenyl; R2, R3 = trimethylene or tetramethylene, Z = C2-4 straight or side chain alkylene; Hal = Cl or Br), useful for lowering blood pressure, were manufd, by reaction of thiopen-3-isocyanide-dihalide (II)with alkylene-diamine(III) in org. solvent between 0oC and boiling point of solvent.
