摘要 PURPOSE:A powder containing a specific amount of boron and iron-family metal is thinly coated on the base of iron alloy and integrated by sintering to produce title material showing high sliding characteristics under the conditions where no lubricant is supplied to parts of high-silicon-content aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION:A powder containing 3-30wt% of boron and the rest part of iron- family metal is coated on a base of iron alloy such as shoe 46 to a thickness of less than 0.5mm and they are integrated by sintering. When high-silicon-content aluminum alloy is used as swash plate 45 in a swash compressor, the resulting material can prevent the seizing of shoe 46 and smoothen the unstable friction with swash 45.
