The present invention relates to a method for improving encryption/decryption speed by complexly applying symmetric key encryption and asymmetric key double encryption. A symmetric key encryption method for coding/decoding calculation speed is applied to digital data of a user having high capacity. The asymmetric key encryption is applied to a symmetric key having low capacity used for the encryption method. Thereby, the speed of coding/decoding is greatly reduced to provide convenience to a user.
