<p>A balance control for an antiskid brake system has a differential valve between the antiskid valve and the two wheel cylinders, on the same axle. The valve prevents imbalance between the two sides of the axle and eliminates the chance of lateral skid or slewing. The valve has two valve seats with the valve elements held in the middle position by opposing springs. If one wheel cylinder is vented by more than a set amount relative to the other then the valve limits the differential pressure between the axle ends.</p> |
