PURPOSE:To have a conventional air conditioner integrally provided with a filter function so as to improve its profitability and installing ability by making an air passage pass through an air clean filter when a blower applied voltage is less than a low air flow quantity controlling voltage, and making the air passage by-pass the filter when it is more than the low air flow quantity controlling voltage. CONSTITUTION:A switching damper 8 is operated by a control means 7 so as to selectively make an air passage pass through an air clean filter 6 when a blower applied voltage is less than a low air flow quantity controlling voltage, or make the air passage directly pass through an evaporator 3 when the blower applied voltage is more than the low air flow quantity controlling voltage. And the air which passed through them passes through a heater unit 5 so as to be distributed to a body inside through a duct and the like. Consequently, since the air clean filter 6 and an air conditioner are combined together so as to prevent a decrease in air flow quantity in a high air quantity range, a filter function can be assembled to a conventional air conditioner, and functions such as dust removal and deodorization can be added irrespective of the operating condition of the air conditioner so that amenity can be improved. |
