FIELD: electronics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital signal processing in pressure sensors and can be used to create digital pressure sensors of high accuracy. Method of digital signal processing of pressure sensors consists in digital signal processing, corresponding to two physical values of pressure and temperature at the same time. Wherein that is followed by conversion of output voltage A of a sensor into digital code Ad. Conversion of voltage drop (B) into a digital code Bd is carried out. Digital code Ad is compared with calibration values. By means of joint one-dimensional parabolic interpolation is found matching to all calibration temperatures effective interpolation pressure values X1. By means of joint one-dimensional parabolic interpolation for all calibration temperature values set of effective values of codes fint is received. Then a physical value of temperature fint=X2 is received. Then a physical value of pressure fint=X1 is received. Obtained in the form of a digital code pressure value X1 and temperature value X2 are displayed or transmitted via digital interface for further processing and use.EFFECT: as technical result high accuracy of digital signal processing in pressure sensors is provided.1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl |
