Process for the preparation of novel peptides or peptide derivatives

Novel polypeptides or polypeptide derivatives of the formula I X-Tyr-Z-Gly-Phe-Y in which X represents hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 5 C atoms or alkenyl having 2 to 5 C atoms, Z represents Sar, Pro or D-Ala and Y represents the amino acids, amino acid amides, amino acid esters and amino alcohols given in Patent Claim 1, are prepared. These compounds can be used for the relief of pains of all sorts of origin.
