<p>PURPOSE:To enable to discharge cutting chips onto a discharging conveyor surely by a method wherein a holder holding a last chip is constituted so as to be projected out of an inner side of a shearing machine to a side of a chip discharging conveyor to be released thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A shearing machine 1 is constituted with a fixed blade 2, a movable blade 3 and a discharging conveyor 4. When a last cutting of a work W is finished and a last chip Wa is held by a holder 9, the holder 9 is projected to a side of the conveyor 4 beyond the blades 2, 3, thereafter, the holder 9 is opened and the last chip Wa is dropped on the conveyor 4 by a neumerical control. In this case, the holder 9 is constituted so as to be projected beyond the blades 2, 3 into the conveyor 4 before releasing the last chip, therefore, there is no fear to drop the chip through a gap 12 and even a small chip may be discharged surely without any trouble.</p> |
