PURPOSE:To greatly facilitate insulating treatment, by integrally providing a thin layer of insulating resin on the inside surface of a yoke and a stator winding part fitted with a winding. CONSTITUTION:A thin layer 6 of insulating synthetic resin such as polybutadiene terephthalate is integrally injected and molded on the inside surface of a yoke 2 and the peripheral surfaces of magnetic poles 4 provided with a plurality of teeth 3. Winding recesses 7 are provided in face of the peripheral surfaces of the magnetic poles 4. Thick parts 6A for resin inflow are provided in face of the corners of the yoke 2. Since the thin insulating resin layer is integrally provided, insulating treatment is greatly facilitated. Winding can be easily and accurately effected on the thin insulating layer. |
