PURPOSE:To improve the controlling performance of a mechanical equipment for intermittent load operation by switching to current minor control from the speed feedback control by detecting the load application starting point with a position detector mounted to the machine side whenever the load suddenly changes. CONSTITUTION:The limit switch 12 mounted to an intermittent load 11 including a press machine is so arranged that the press starting point is mechanically detected and receiving the detection output through a cable 14, FF16 produces the output of ON until the limitting switch 13 begins to work from the action of the switch 12 at the time of pressing. By the output signal of the FF16, the FET 17 is turned on during the pressurization to apply a given constant potenial to the current controlling amplifier 4, whose output is applied to the thyrister stack 6 during the pressurization through a phase control circuit 5 to fire the element whereby the DC motor 7 is accelerated with the output voltage. By this, the controlling performance of the mechanical device subject to intermittent load at a fixed cycle can be improved along with the higher safety and the workability. |
