MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED BODY

PURPOSE:To prepare at high speed a laminated body with excellent adhesive strength by a method wherein a specified resin belonging to a polyolefin system is laminated between two film-like long bodies, at least one of which is a polyolefin film. CONSTITUTION:Between substrates 3 and 4 sent sequentially from coilers 1 and 2 of two film-like long bodies, at least one of which is a polyolefin film, a resin 6 be- longing to a polyolefin system is supplied, being melted and pushed out by an extruding machine 5, for lamination. By the way, the resin 6 is prepared by mixing (A) 100 weight section of polyolefin such as PE and PP with (B) 0.01-30 weight section of alpha,beta-ethylene unsaturated carboxylic acid such as acrylic acid and maleic acid and (C) 0.05-10 weight section of metallic compound such as MgO and Ca(OH)2 and heating them to produce graft copolymer of (A) and (B). Concurrently with or just after the above-stated process, the laminate produced is supplied between an elastic roller 8 and a heat roller 7 whose surface tembepature is more than the melting temperature of the polyolefin resin and is pressed there for 0.1-5 sec.
