Rotating, back-acting mechanical bucket digger - has horizontally rotatable bucket digger and scraper blade

The tracked digger has a chassis and framework carrying the shaft of the bucket digger so that the latter is free to rotate freely in a horizontal plane. The chassis also carries two parallel arms at the front end of which is scraper blade. The bottom of the framework has a number of set back surfaces joined and arranged radially in a horizontal direction so that the blade can be lifted and lowered. Thus, in either position, it does not interfere with the free rotation of the framework on the chassis.
