PURPOSE:To omit the repeating element consisting of relays by scanning directly the output signal of a channel translating equipment. CONSTITUTION:In the channel translating equipment of the out-of-band frequency signaling of the exchange dependent upon stored program control, is case that a signal is transmitted from trunk circuit 13 by the stored program, relay control unit 22 is controlled through channel control unit 18 by the central control unit, and relay 13b of trunk circuit 13 is controlled to transmit the signal to signal line 15. The output of the monitor signal of channel translatig equipment 17 is transmitted to scanning unit 23 from signal line 16 directly through no trunk circuit 13. The central control unit decides the output of the monitor signal of scanning unit 23 through channel control unit 18. Relay 13a of the trunk circuit monitors subscribers or trunks opposite to each other with channel switching network 11 interposed. Thus, repeating elements in the trunk required for scanning can be omitted. |
