Gnathological wax model production process - uses piston pump powered to supply wax under pressure until rounded by electric motor surface has been formed

The process produces a model from wax or similar material, being particularly for gnathological modelling in the production of false teeth. The wax is applied in a liquid state to a base surface and allowed to set. The wax is delivered under pressure at a point between the base and the top surface of the model until a rounded wax surface has built up over this point. A non-spherical surface can be produced by repeated wax delivery at different points, and in different quantities if necessary. The pumping process to deliver the wax uses two similar pistons (39) moving in cylinders and operated by a rocking arm (51) driven by an electric motor (55).
