PURPOSE:To automatically perform cast binding by providing a concave groove path and a branch path, circulating fused lead, providing a concave hollow at the concave groove path bottom of the downstream of the branch path, moving the upper plate group loading stand horizontally and vertically, and inserting the lug group in the concave hollow. CONSTITUTION:The concave groove path 1 and the branch path 2 are provided at a right angle through the weir plate 4 and fused lead is circulated. The movable plate lug loading stand 8 is provided horizontally and vertically on the upper part of the strap forming concave hollow 5 which is provided at the bottom of the downstream concave groove path of the branch path 2 and the lug group (a) of the plate group A is made to correspond to the concave hollow 5. Then the weir plate 4 moves downward and blacks the branch path 4 to supply the fused lead to the concave groove path 1. Subsequently, the loading stand 8 moves downward and the lug group (a) is inserted into the concave hollow 5. After that, the weir plate 4 moves upward and the fused lead flows into the branch path 4. Since the fused lead is accumulated in the concave hollow 5 in this case, the lead oxide on the surface of the immersion section is removed at the flow of the fused lead.
