So that bobbins having cases of a wide variety of sizes and shapes can be held reliably, a spring clip (14) in each case is allocated to a stationary creeling mandrel (7), which spring clip can be moved towards or away from said creeling mandrel by rotating a threaded spindle (16). Both the creeling mandrel (7) and the spring clip (14) are fixed so as to be exchangeable, in addition the latter is fastened together with others on an adjusting rail (12) which is moved on rotation of the third spindle (16). A plurality of threaded bobbins can thereby be adjusted simultaneously to a specific bobbin size at once. <IMAGE>
