PURPOSE:To conceal the butted line of decorative boards by a method wherein the ends of decorative boards with uneven pattern on their surfaces are butted each other and foaming material is filled in the clearance of a butted line, heated and expanded. CONSTITUTION:A multitude of convexities 1 are set by foaming ink on the surface. The ends of decorative boards 2 with uneven pattern formed are butted against each other. On the surface side of the clearance 3 which appears on some of the butt part, foaming material 4 comprising foam ink containing 15-20 parts of the foaming agent which wraps pentane in vinyl acetate acrylonitrile copolymer and 70-80 parts of resin of ethylene vinyl acetate, polyester, etc, is filled, heated, expanded and cured in order to form a convexity 6 for concealing the clearance on the surface side of the butt line of the decorative boards. |
