PURPOSE:To secure the steady oscillation of the fixed frequency right after the power source make by supplying the output voltage to the microwave oscillation part to ensure the negation of the oscillation frequency change caused by the temperature change of the oscillation element. CONSTITUTION:For the microwave oscillator used to the SHF receiver for TV or the like, power control part 6 possesses the power input terminal along with microwave oscillation part 9 provided to the output end of part 6. And part 9 possesses microwave oscillation element 9' and thus oscillates the microwave through the electric conduction of element 9'. Then the electric conduction is started to element 9' at part 6, and part 6 sends to part 9 the output voltage which changes so as to ensure the negation of the oscillation frequency change caused by the temperature change of element 9'. As a result, the steady oscillation can be obtained for the fixed frequency right after the power source make. |
