<p>In the pressing of fluids from solids, e.g. grape- and fruit mash, herbs, etc. the solids are compressed several times, and loosened between pressings. The fluid won during one pressing is directly fed into an individual container, by the pressing element of the press. For further pressing processes, the fluid won during each stage is returned to the press. The press/container system is sealed air-tight. The press has an elastic or flexible membrane, with a rotating container. During the loosening process, the membrane is sucked on to the container wall, and the pressed fluid is returned to the press. The press drum is not rotated between the individual press process.</p> |
