<p>A bottom detail on which a top detail is free to rotate and act as a baseplate on which an instrument can be mounted, form a device with which the manipulation of the instrument can be facilitated. The instrument is e.g. photographic type printer, in which the changeover of a type carrier disc, can be carried out much more quickly by a seated disabled person. The instrument is simply turned forward and back. The bottom detail has circular bearing rings of "TEF-LON" (RTM) in the centre of which a pivot is fixed. Close to the inner dia. of the outer ring, a semi-spherical depression receives a spring-loaded locking ball which runs on a "Teflon" track as the top detail is rotated.</p> |
