Improvements in or relating to locking bolts

A locking bolt comprises two inter-connected parts (11) and (12), of which the free end region of the part (12) forms the active part of the bolt, whilst the other bolt part (11) is adapted for connection to a lock (1 to 6). The part (12) is made in a single size and is articulated to a part (11) of which the length is adapted to the dimension of the lock and its housing (e.g. 7 and 8).
