PURPOSE:To increase the film forming ratio on the end corner of a slot by forming a double insulation structure which consists of a chargeable fiber-dust layer of nylon or the like and a powdery synthetic-resin layer. CONSTITUTION:An iron core 4 is previously provided with a chargeable fiber-dust layer 5 of nylon, rayon, or the like which is electrostatically sticked on a synthetic- resin bonding layer. Powdery resin 6 is sticked on the fiber layer to a fixed thickness by electrostatic coating. The sticked powdery resin is heated for fusing and hardening to form a double insulation film. Thus, the insulation film 7 on the slot end is 1.5-2 times as thick as the inside film 8, depending on the difference in the fiber layer thickness between the inside and end of the slot. Making the film-forming ratio on the slot corner substantially equal or larger than that on the inside prevents peeling or the like. |
