PURPOSE:To minimize the amt. of residual carbide in a ceramic sintered body by using specified copolycarbonate resin which is completely decomposed at a low temp. as an org. binder for ceramics. CONSTITUTION:Copolycarbonate resin having 10,000-100,000mol.wt. Mw represented by formula (where R is a group represented by formula II) is used as an org. binder for inorg. powder of ceramics such as a Ba(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3-Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 mixture by 0.5-2.5wt.% of the amt. of the inorg. powder in the case where a ceramic molded body is formed by a powder molding method and by 8-30wt.% of the amt. of the inorg. powder in combination with a very small amt. of a plasticizer such as polyethylene glycol and a dispersant such as glycerol in the case where a ceramic molded body is formed by a sheet molding method. The resin binder is mixed with the inorg. powder in 5-15 times as much solvent (e.g., THF) as the binder by weight. |
